My baby water color kit has been the most useful thing on trips. Forget clean underwear, DO NOT FORGET the BABY WATER COLOR KIT. This was the view from my hotel window in London. I was feeling yucky that day, but still got to experience the view!

Brilliant! I had the same experience in Europe- I couldn't make a move without my watercolors. I had a little pad of paper that was postcards - it worked perfectly and then I sent those to my fam in friends in the states instead of buying boring ones!

I love my little pocket Windsor and Newton set that dates back to the 1950's which was handed down to me from in-laws back in England. Like you I enjoyed painting little scenes when I was there.

Love your site as I'm an avid crafter and always adding more stuff to my list of crafting plethora! Oh the joys of crafting!
